Group Classes are a place to enjoy our community and the energy of working out with others. Group classes also offer variety and a fun atmosphere for trying new things. Classes is where you will find your tribe, receive accountability, be encouraged and find inspiration! The best part is it goes both ways:

Our Personal Training Program will include 1-3 sessions in-studio
2-3 programmed home workout sessions
​Use of our TrueCoach app.

This program also includes all of our above mentioned membership benefits. ​

Our Exclusive Training Program is for those who want the benefits of programmed workouts, accountability, and coaching but with the advantage of doing everything from home.

These students also have access to our TrueCoach app and all the benefits of a member as listed.​

Opportunity to attend as many classes as you want each week, minimum requirement is two.

• This includes Bootcamp, Zumba, Tabata, Kickboxing, STRONG and Yoga.
• You can attend: Online live , In person or On demand (Video Library)

• Additional cost of $47/mo. 

Open gym time to use space & equipment as desired. This must be scheduled. 
Attend most workshop & specialty training for FREE!
Private Facebook community to share wins, recipes and life together!

Have fun inviting friends as first time visitors will receive a punch card that will allow them to try each type of class once before starting their membership. PLUS...those who complete their card will get a special gift to congratulate them!
