BOOTCAMPOur Bootcamp is designed to take your fitness to the next level. You'll attend class three times a week with each day having a different focus! ALL fitness levels are welcomed. You will work at your level while being challenged to move forward. We focus on bodyweight exercise and add training with stability balls, boxes, resistance bands and weights.

STRONGIn this class, be prepared to feel the beat (and the heat!). Cycling through a series of strength, plyometric and cardio exercises, members can expect to test their limits and challenge their bodies like never before. Using bodyweight resistance training, this class follows the music to keep members upbeat and on track. Build endurance, strength and power in this 1 hour class that will have you dripping by the end! We recommend you have prior training experience before trying this class. Tip: Take our Tabata class first to learn technique and form.

TABATATabata is a form of interval training that elevates the heart rate over short periods with minimal rest. Rev your metabolism with this challenging bodyweight and free-weight resistance workout that uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) protocol to build muscle and burn fat. It will test your endurance like no other, trust us! This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as our instructors always provide modifications to ensure that members have a safe and effective workout.

FITNESS REMIXLights! Music! Let's sweat!! Fitness Remix will keep things moving with energy, fun and the challenge you're looking for. Each class will consist of 2-4 different styles of workouts each choreographed to music. Workouts can include Drumsticks, Kickboxing, Zumba, Weightlifting, STRONG, and more. As always, every class can be modified or progressed, so you get exactly what you want from your workout time. Let's do this!!!

KICKBOXING CLASSHow tough are you? HOW TOUGH DO YOU WANT TO BE???
This class will have you working on the kickboxing bag, working off the bag and working on strength building exercises. No experience necessary. We will teach you the punches, kicks and exercises and let you progress at your own pace. Be ready to drip sweat, find your toughness and work every muscle! Required: Gloves are needed; Open finger style is preferred so you can perform fitness exercises without taking gloves off. Bring your own or you may purchase a pair from us. Two styles available at the studio. |
ZUMBINI CLASSES This is the ULTIMATE bonding experience for any caregiver and child age 0 - 4 years old. Music and movement are used to promote cognitive, social, emotional and motor skill development. Zumbini is NOT a music or dance class. It’s an experience where you get to bond through music, dance and play. This 45-minute class is part of a 10-week session. DRUMSTICKS
Music + fitness come together as one as we drum our way to FREEDOM for the body, mind & spirit! Get ready to sweat to this energizing cardio workout that hits all your muscles in a very fun way! We provide the drumsticks; however our regular students are encouraged to purchase their own sticks as they can be weighted if desired and have nice grips for better control. All fitness levels are welcomed! |
CHAIR CLASSESWe offer three chair classes a week: Two chair fitness classes and one chair yoga class. Don't let the word "chair" fool you! These classes are great for many fitness levels. Class is designed to be done completely from a seated position but students may also progress any movement to standing or floor work as desired. This class can be great for anyone who has limitations, is recovering from injury or just wants a gentler class.
Fit for Life is offered Mondays and Fridays at 10 am. Chair Yoga is offered Tuesdays at 10 am. |

CIRCUIT TRAININGTone up and strengthen with this easily adaptable circuit class! This workout combines strength and cardio as you work through a circuit of multiple exercises targeting specific muscle groups followed by a burst of cardio. A short rest period between each exercise allows you to quickly catch your breath and get ready for the next exercise in the circuit. These movements are easily adaptable and can be done at your own pace making this class perfect for all fitness levels! At the end of our workout we will cool down and work on flexibility with a gentle stretch session.

CIRCL MOBILITYRelease. Restore. Renew. This class will begin with a warmup and then 15 minutes of non-impact static & dynamic strength training. Then we will increase mobility, flexibility and mindfulness through 30 minutes of CIRCL Mobility. This is a non-impact class for all fitness levels. As always, modifications and progressions can be used to get what you need from the class.

PilatesPilates is a form of exercise and body conditioning that challenges the core through controlled movement that targets the deep stabilizers in the body. Outside of building a stronger core Pilates also aids in posture, balance, mobility and flexibility!
All fitness levels are welcomed in this class as modifications and progressions can be given. |
